WARRANTY POLICY FOR REFURBISHED PHONES
1. $10.00 phones and less - 30 day warranty from date of CCI sticker
2. $11.00 to $29.00 phones - 60 day warranty from date of CCI sticker
3. $30.00 and up - 90 day warranty from date of CCI sticker
4. Warranty does not cover the following on phones.
  • Customer abuse
  • Water damage
  • ESN active
  • Programming errors
  • Software issues
  • Security code
5. All phones returned MUST HAVE CCI Stickers or they will not be accepted. Also, if stickers are removed, warranty is void. If there is any tampering with CCI stickers, such as scotch tape over CCI sticker, warranty is void.
6. The phones will have an additional 3 days from the date of the sticker to be returned. If it is one day later than that, warranty is void
