We have conducted a grading system to best describe the condition of each and every phone.
The following shows how the phones are divided.
“NEW”
Phone, battery, charger, manual and box are new as-if direct from the manufacturer.
May or may not be in master cartons.
“CARRIER RETURN”
Phone is guaranteed to power up with good LCD, have battery and charger.
Battery or charger may be OEM or aftermarket. Manuals may be missing. Boxes may have writing on them.
“REFURBISHED”
Phone is refurbished either by manufacturer or in-house. All refurbished phones are A-Stock complete with battery and charger.
Battery and charger can be OEM or aftermarket. OEM accessories are used when available. Phones are kitted in a shelf ready box.

“TESTED”
These phones are sold handset only. They are screened and pass power up, test call, and have a good LCD. 15-day warranty.
“AS-IS”
Phone is in repair stock condition, may have broken LCD, housing, lens, etc. No warranty.
